    Welcome! To maintain the comfort, privacy, and elevated standard of this home, we kindly ask all guests to observe the following house rules: 1. Registered Guests Only For safety and building compliance, only guests listed in the reservation are allowed inside the unit. Unauthorized visitors or overnight guests may incur a ₱5,000 penalty per occurrence. Guests are welcome please register ahead of time or during your stay. 2.Quiet & Considerate Living Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This is a premium residential community, and respectful noise levels are greatly appreciated. Noise complaints may result in a ₱3,000 penalty or early termination of stay. 3. No Parties or Events To preserve the quality of the home and community, parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted. Violation will result in immediate cancellation without refund and a ₱5000 penalty. Maximum Occupancy The maximum number of guests stated in the listing must be strictly followed at all times. Exceeding occupancy limits will incur a ₱2000 penalty per extra guest per night. 4. Care for the Home Please treat all furniture, appliances, linens, and décor with care. This home is thoughtfully curated for your comfort. Any damage, missing items, or misuse will be charged based on repair or replacement cost. 5. No Smoking or Vaping Indoors Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the unit, including bathrooms. Only permitted in balcony. A ₱7,500 deep-cleaning and deodorization fee will apply if this rule is violated. 6. Cleanliness & Waste Disposal Kindly keep the home tidy and dispose of trash properly throughout your stay. Excessive mess or improper waste disposal may result in a ₱3,000 additional cleaning fee. 7.. Balcony Safety (if applicable) Please do not throw any items from the balcony. Children must be supervised at all times for safety. Any violations or damages will be charged accordingly. 8. Keys,& Access Cards Lost or damaged keys, or access cards must be reported immediately. Replacement fee: ₱2,500 per item. Thoughtful Check-out Upon check-out, please remove keycard for electricity, and kindly leave the unit in good condition.
